Addicted

Have you ever been watched when you are eating? Do you like that kind of feelings of eyes staring at you while you are licking the chicken bones?

Well, I have been and I would not say that is fun and easy feeling to be watched while eating but some people tends to like to watch me EAT. Those are the friends that I hang out with and guess why they like to watch me eat? Here goes......

1. I eat a lots and really a lots, more than some guy ( I'm a fan tong, unfortunately and for those who do not understand, it meant rice taker )
2. I really enjoy my food ( licking finger goods =) )
3. No girls would eat like I do..... ( Ha ha ha )
4. I can eat prawn without using my fingers ( He he he )

So, during my journey back to Penang on 1st of June 2007 ( btw, part of the reason I went back was because I misses my hometown FOOD soooooooooooo much. Now you can understand why I love yummy food so much. I wish I could stay longer there to eat as much as possible but too bad, I have to go back to KL ), I have taken pictures of my favourite dish and recommended dish when you are visiting Penang.

Curry Mee, my very favourite and note that this can only be found in Penang.
KL style and Singapore style is totally different from Penang, don't get cheated like I do when I first moved to KL

Fried oyster or normally called Ochien in chinese. Delicious. Hard to find in KL, the best still in Penang

Char Kuey Teow, another one of my favourite. The best can be found at Lorong Selamat in Penang and certain other areas in Penang. For those whom had tried this, can you still remember how the prawn and the see ham crush in your mouth, so juicy and yummy.
Btw, I had once Singapore Char Kuey Teow and I have vowed that I WILL NEVER EAT CHAR KUEY TEOW IN SINGAPORE EVER AGAIN. It was one of the horrifing moment in my life when I actually almost cried and have to force myself swallow those disgusting stuff ( only the one I had in Singapore ) into my mouth. Total disaster =(

Satay, one of the malay delicacies. The best one is actually in Kajang not Penang but nevertheless, I still like it.

Imagine those are my dinner for one night. Let see, I had Curry Mee, Char Kuey Teow, Ocien and satay excluding the drinks. Wow, imagine how famished was my tummy and how I felt so good after eating it. No regret even I gain some weights and normally when I am in Malaysia, I gain weight and in Penang, I gain more weight. So, back in Singapore, time to reduce consumption, not like I wanted to but somehow, the appetite is not right.

Bon Appetite
